The Proforma spreadsheet is a powerful tool for budgeting the expenses of a practice (cash flow analysis) and for financing the purchase of a practice (proforma).
 
This spreadsheet allows orthodontists to meticulously track and manage their practice's expenses.  Orthodontists that effectively utilize this tool will be able to quickly see a complete overview of their practice's expenses.  This handy tool was automated by Dr. Tito Norris (an orthodontist in San Antonio, Texas).  Thank you Tito!

Personal Financial Statement
The Personal Financial Statement is a great way to see what your net worth is.  It was developed to make obtaining a loan easier.  In the past, you would have to pull out the typewriter to complete the form.  Now, you type in your information and email it to the bank.  Next year, you create a new file and type over the information.   This is just one small device that The Bottom Line has created to save you time and effort.  Enjoy!
