The Bottom Line’s International Study Group helps members recognize, prepare, and respond to changes affecting the practice of orthodontics by providing a forum for shared ideas on important issues facing the orthodontic profession.

Doctors who complete The Bottom Line Comprehensive Series are eligible to become members of the International Study Group. 

Dr. Sellke serves as the keynote speaker and moderator throughout the program, and shares insights on current events and ideas that occurred over the past year.  This interactive format allows colleagues from around the world to share ideas and problem solve together.

Participants share two “pearls” regarding practice management, ethical marketing, and/or clinical aspects of the orthodontic practice.  These “pearls,” along with the discussion on those topics, are then compiled and distributed to all active Study Group members.

In addition to the pearls, Study Group Members also receive the latest version of the TEAM SR Employee Manual which includes the most up-to-date version of the protocols used in Dr. Sellke’s practice.  The protocols include total doctor time, total staff time, and appointment type for each procedure plus directions on what materials and procedures are performed by the doctor and staff.  Please click here for an example.
